Working together

Your experience guides the process.

The focus is not on analysing or fixing you, but on creating the conditions for greater awareness, regulation and connection with yourself and the world around you.

A space to slow down, listen deeply and reconnect with yourself.

A space to slow down, listen more deeply and reconnect with yourself.

We work from where you are, following your pace - pendulating between what feels difficult and what is strengthening and resourcing. We combine conversation, body awareness, nervous system and family-system informed practice, adapting the work to your needs.

What might bring you here.

  • stress, anxiety or overwhelm that you can feel in your body, even when you can't always explain where it comes from.
  • feel exhausted, disconnected or shut down underneath even when you function on the outside
  • experiences of trauma, loss or difficult relationships, and something from the past is still shaping how you relate to yourself or others.
  • moving through a life transition — a change in identity, relationship, work, place or direction — and are trying to find your footing again.
  • you have learned to be hard on yourself, struggle with shame, self-criticism or hold a negative body image

What happens in a session.

We start with getting an oversight of what brought you here and what you would like to get out of working together. Then every session begins where you are. Together we explore what is present through conversation, somatic awareness, nervous system and family system-informed practices. You, and your body, decide the direction and pace. The work is gentle, collaborative and process-oriented. I listen, mirror, reflect, invite, suggest, ask questions.

Practical questions.

If something is not covered here, you are welcome to ask by email.

Is this therapy?

My work is therapeutic and trauma-informed, but it is not psychotherapy or a substitute for medical, psychiatric or crisis care. I do not offer diagnosis or medical advice.

Do you work online?

Yes, via Zoom. Please join from a private, undisturbed environment. Sessions are available in English or Swedish.

What happens in a session?

Every session begins where you are. There is no fixed agenda or expectation that you should know exactly what to talk about. Together, we explore what feels most present and relevant in the moment, at a pace that feels manageable for your nervous system.

The focus is not on analysing or fixing you, but on creating the conditions for greater awareness, regulation and connection with yourself.

Do I need to have experienced trauma?

No. Many people come because they feel disconnected from themselves, overwhelmed by stress, navigating life transitions or simply longing for greater presence and authenticity. Sometimes we are not aware of what things impacted us, and for the work we do not need to know - we simply work with what is showing up in your life today.

Can I come if I am already seeing a therapist?

Yes, these sessions can complement other therapeutic processes. Please consider the space and capacity each process needs, and let your therapist know that you are also doing this work.

How many sessions do I need?

Every process is different. Some people come for a few sessions around a specific transition, while others choose longer-term work. We will regularly reflect together on what feels supportive.

How do I know if this is the right fit?

If something in my approach resonates, you are welcome to enquire about an initial session and see how it feels. You can also email me with questions first.

What if I feel nervous?

Beginning something new can feel vulnerable. You do not need to prepare or know exactly what to say. We begin where you are.

Why work with the body?

Experience does not only live in our thoughts. We also experience life through posture, breathing, sensation and the ways we relate. The body holds many memories and information, it communicates needs and shifts that offers us much knowledge.

By including the body in the therapeutic process, change becomes something we don't only understand—it becomes something we experience and embody.

How do enquiries and payment work?

Send me an email to arrange a session. Once we have agreed a time, I will send a booking agreement. I send an invoice after the session; there is no online payment.

What if I need to cancel?

Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged the full session fee.

You do not need to have it all figured out.

If something here resonates, you are welcome to begin with an email.
