Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner
A body-oriented approach to working with stress and trauma through the nervous system.
Professional foundations
Grounded in academic knowledge and years of practical experience, my work brings different perspectives together in a way that honours each person's unique process.
Each field adds a different lens. Together they support work that can respond to the person rather than follow one predetermined method.
A body-oriented approach to working with stress and trauma through the nervous system.
Understanding human behaviour, relationships, emotions and change through both research and lived experience.
A contemplative and experiential approach that invites curiosity, presence and self-discovery rather than advice or solutions.
Exploring how family and relational systems may continue to influence our lives and patterns today.
Further approaches continue to inform how I listen, communicate and invite expression.
Empathy, emotional awareness and needs-based communication in authentic relationships.
Supporting change by strengthening intrinsic motivation and honouring autonomy.
Dance, writing and poetry invite movement, imagination and expression into the process.
Alongside my private practice, I have been involved in non-profit initiatives supporting mental health, community building and young people's wellbeing.
These include mentoring within Frisk & Fri, the Swedish Eating Disorders Association, and serving as Chair of a non-profit organisation developing projects in sustainability, arts and international youth work.
I continue to believe that healing also happens within communities and relationships.
