Movement and language - Where my work began

About Sandra
I believe people find their own direction when there is enough space and safety to listen.
I see growth as a movement towards a deeper sense of wholeness.
Life inevitably shapes us, sometimes through love and connection, sometimes through stress, loss or experiences that ask us to disconnect from parts of ourselves in order to cope.
When life becomes overwhelming, we often adapt in ways that help us survive but can make it harder to feel fully alive. We may lose connection with our bodies and our sense of trust, or find ourselves caught in patterns that no longer serve us.
In our work, we slow down enough to notice what is happening — in the body, nervous system, emotions, five senses and mind. We create space to become curious about the coherent whole of yourself.
My vision is to create a space for people that are carrying stress, anxiety, overwhelm or trauma, to understand their nervous system, develop inner resources and find a greater sense of resilience and choice.
For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to understanding what it means to be human.
Dance first showed me the wisdom of the body. Writing and poetry offered another way to explore the inner landscape of human experience.
Somatic, body-based ways of working with trauma have brought in a dimension of human biology, safety and embodiment to my work.
Systemic work deepened my understanding of relationships. Psychology and science gave me ways to bring these worlds together.
My work is integrative. I draw from different fields depending on what best supports the person in front of me. Bringing science, embodied practice, psychology and creativity into one integrative way of working.
The body can help us notice what words alone cannot always reach, and make change into something we don't only understand, but experience and embody.
We work with somatic awareness and the nervous system to create the conditions for greater safety, regulation and presence.
Growth does not happen in isolation. We learn, grow and become human through relationship, and connection matters.
This is reflected in the way we work together — collaborative, built on trust and shaped together.
For me, creativity is about reclaiming the parts of yourself that long to express, create and participate fully in life.
It is about making choices that feel true, shaping a life that reflects who you are, and finding a sense of purpose and a meaningful way to contribute to others.
We start where you are.
